We aim to learn from international best practice to alleviate the housing shortage. We need to build more homes and we also need to build a consensus across society on innovative policies worth trying.
Better infrastructure
We cannot make the mistakes of the past. When providing more homes, we must ensure infrastructure is improved to cope with more people.
Community
Giving communities a say on what gets built and how much can help us avoid many of the problems we currently face. We will empower local residents to provide more homes.
